  • Phase 1 — Initial phase: we work with the client and stakeholders to identify the scope of the services required and to produce a defined agenda for further discussion with the insured.
  • Phase 2 — Assessment phase: we work directly with the insured to assess the areas outlined in the agenda, taking input from all relevant internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, HR, Training, Internal Audit, Security, Branch Administration, Back Office). This can take place as part of a visit to the insured, or remotely via videoconferencing.
